The Council of the association "Kandavas Partnerība" has been established, which meets the conditions for implementing the LEADER approach set by the "Rural Development Program 2014-2020".

After each round of the LEADER project competition, the Council elects the SVVA Council, which makes a decision on approving or rejecting the LEADER projects of the respective round.
